Prohibited Content Policy — Mychar

Mychar is an AI character chat service where users hold conversations with fictional AI characters. To keep the Service lawful and safe, the following content is prohibited and will be blocked, removed, and may result in account termination.

1. Prohibited Content

  • Sexually explicit content: pornographic material, depictions of sexual acts, and sexually explicit imagery or text of any kind.
  • Minors: any sexualization or depiction of anyone under 18, whether real, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated. Zero tolerance. See Section 2.
  • Real people without consent: defamatory or misleading deepfakes, or impersonation of real, identifiable individuals including public figures, without consent.
  • Illegal acts: content that facilitates, promotes, or instructs serious crimes, human trafficking, or terrorism.
  • Extreme violence or gore: graphic depictions intended to shock, or content glorifying violence.
  • Self-harm and suicide: content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
  • Hate: content inciting hatred or violence against protected groups.
  • Harassment: targeted abuse, bullying, threats, or the publication of private information about others.
  • Any other content prohibited by applicable law or by our payment or app-store partners.

2. Child Safety and Zero Tolerance

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The prohibition in Section 1 applies to all content, whether real, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated. We use model-level safety controls, automated content filtering, prompt and content blocking, and human review to prevent such content. We preserve relevant data and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we cooperate with law enforcement.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If we learn that the Service is being used by someone under 18, we remove their access. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has used the Service may contact us using the details in Section 7.

3. Moderation

We apply model-level safety controls, automated content filtering, prompt and content blocking, and human review of reports. AI moderation is not perfect; we continue to improve it and we rely on user reports.

4. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts. Serious violations, including CSAE, result in immediate termination and reporting to the authorities.
